Refund policy
At SNAILTRAIL, we are committed to crafting each product to achieve optimal results with transparency. We trust you will appreciate our products as much as we do. However, if you wish to return a product, please contact us, and we will handle the process for you.
Refunds or replacements are available under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect shipment received
- Damaged product received
- Expired product received
If any of the above situations occur, please submit a return or replacement request within seven (7) days from the delivery date. To initiate a return or refund request, kindly email us at Support@SnailTrail.in.
Please note that returns or claims will not be accepted or considered valid after seven days from the product's delivery date.
Allow us 48 hours to review your request. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will collect the order from your location.
After receiving the returned order, our service team will assess it. If the issues you described are confirmed, a refund will be processed within 24 hours.
